We eagerly await that day, because her banana bread is the best we’ve ever had — and we’re not just throwing around that title. It’s moist, flavorful and seriously knocks it out of the park. We HAD to get the recipe and once we learned that the secret was yogurt, we knew we needed to share it with our readers!
As a food stylist for TODAY, I love to see people enjoying the food we make. The studio is a high energy, bustling environment, so when co-workers take a minute or two to have a bite to eat, it can be a brief but welcome moment of connecting over food.
A few leftover items from the week’s cooking segments draw inspiration – none as much as a bunch of ripe bananas. I like to make my banana bread, inspired by my mom’s recipe. It’s really popular with co-workers!
