Jennifer Lopez has taken on many roles — actress, singer, producer, entrepreneur and fashion designer — and each one has been a big success.
But there's one role she holds above all others, because it's the one that's makes her appreciate all the rest even more: being mother to 7-year-old twins Max and Emme.
"They just made my life better," Lopez said of her kids during an interview with TODAY's Natalie Morales Monday. "I think they just change your perspective on the whole entire world, you know, and how you look at life."

And that was something Lopez never expected.
"That was a big epiphany for me having children," she explained. "They just made everything better. They helped me grow as a human being."
