Eastern Time (“ET”) and continuing through December 15, 2017 at 8:30 P.M. ET (the “Donation Period”), Subaru of America will donate one dollar ($1) per photo or video shared on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter with the hashtag #ShareTheLoveTODAY (the “Submissions”) up to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) (the “Donation”). The Donation will be split evenly among Meals on Wheels, the Make A Wish Foundation, the ASPCA, and the National Park Foundation. The collection and use of any personal information collected will be governed by the NBCUniversal Media, LLC privacy policy, located at https://www.nbcuniversal.com/privacy/full-privacy-policy. By participating, entrants grant Subaru, the TODAY Show, and NBCUniversal Media, LLC, the non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable rights to use, reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, perform, translate, adapt, modify, and otherwise exploit the Submissions and to incorporate the Submissions in other works in any and all markets and media worldwide in perpetuity. You must have permission of anyone who appears in your Submission. You must be the parent or legal guardian of any minors who appear in your Submission. By participating, each entrant agrees to indemnify, and release and hold harmless, Subaru, the TODAY Show, and NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and its affiliated companies, from any liability that may occur from participation in the promotion.
