The five suspects accused of mistreating children in their care at a New Mexico compound and allegedly training some of them to carry out school shooting attacks will be released from jail and placed on house arrest. They were given a signature bond, meaning they could leave without posting money. In a shocking decision, a judge said the state failed to prove they were a threat.
